Welcome to Sister District! Thank you for signing up!
SDP is a grassroots organization that helps Democrats win elections. To do this, SDP harnesses excess blue energy from volunteers and donors across the country and directs that energy towards strategic, flippable races. Many of our volunteers are from deeply blue communities, but many are from purple and red places as well. We welcome everyone in this movement to take back state legislatures and governorships, reverse Republican gerrymandering, and recover Democratic control of Congress.
In 2017, we are focusing on state-level Sister Races, which will allow us to refine our model and build our volunteer infrastructure. In 2018, we will expand our scope to support races at both the state and federal levels.
